Internet Debates Final Four Schedule

A late Monday night awaits us in Indianapolis as the National Championship game is set to tip off at 8:50 pm EST.

Fans have had enough.

Potentially hot take. The final four should be Friday and the final should be early evening on Sunday, like 5/6.

Already in April (titled March Madness), there could be a multitude of fixes that don’t leave us up till 1 am on Tuesday, mourning the college basketball season, while needing to get five more hours for a long day of work waiting for us:

The fix, in our minds, is easy.

Women’s Final Four Wednesday, Men’s Thursday. Media day on Friday. Doubleheader National Championship Saturday night. Need to adjust? Push each back a day, end Sunday afternoon. I’d rather be tired on a Friday than on a Tuesday.

It’s like football. They don’t play on Mondays during the postseason, but for the National Championship they do. Kind of makes no sense.
