
The sixth season of Queer Eye begins streaming on Netflix on New Year's Eve, and fans of the acclaimed self-help reality series will get a double dose of Jonathan Van Ness come January.
Exclusively reported first by Entertainment Weekly, Van Ness is set to individually host a reality series inspired by his podcast Getting Curious, which he began in 2015. The new show is scheduled for a Jan. 28, 2022, debut and is produced by World of Wonder (RuPaul's Drag Race).
EW also provided the official logline: "From skyscrapers to bugs, or from gender identity to snacks, each episode follows Jonathan as he meets with experts in various fields to uncover complexities in a wide range of subjects."
Van Ness, 34, confirmed the news:
The rebooted Queer Eye premiered on Netflix in February 2018. The Fab Five consists of Van Ness, Bobby Berk, Karamo Brown, Tan France and Antoni Porowski. Van Ness serves as the fabulous (and consistently hilarious) grooming expert.
