2026 NBA All-Star Games: Highlights, scores, and top performers

The NBA tried something new at the Intuit Dome, and it worked.

The 2026 All-Star Game ditched the usual East vs. West format and went with a mini-tournament instead — Team World, USA Stars, and USA Stripes.

And the Americans ran the show.

Tournament Results & Final Scores

For all the experience on the USA Stripes roster, the final turned into a game played on younger legs. The USA Stars controlled the tempo and pulled away to win the 2026 NBA All-Star Championship, securing the first title under the new three-team setup.

The Stars, made up of the league’s top players under 25, treated the event like more than an exhibition. After grinding through the round-robin portion, they met the Stripes with the trophy on the line.

The Stars did not just win. They set the tone for what this format could become.

Stat Leaders: The "Big Three" of the Night

The Stripes jumped out to a 2-0 record in round-robin play, but things slowed down later. LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Clippers’ very own Kawhi Leonard, and the USA Stripes started showing their age as the pace picked up.

That's when Anthony Edwards took over. Edwards put up a combined 32 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to take home the Kia MVP Trophy.

Kawhi Leonard led scorers with 37 points. Jamal Murray ran the offense and led all players with 12 assists. Cade Cunningham still held it down on the boards, finishing with 14 total rebounds of the night.
