During Fox NFL Sunday’s pregame show, Long said that he considers Williams to be this generation’s version of John Elway. Now that’s some very high praise. Long also gave Williams praise for his game sealing touchdown to Cole Kmet during Friday’s win over the Eagles.
Long and Julian Edelman then mentioned that the Bears’ quarterback is very coachable and that Ben Johnson is doing a great job challenging his quarterback.
