Current, former players provide guidance to Patriots’ Will Campbell following Super Bowl loss

The Seattle Seahawks defeated the New England Patriots, 29-13, in Super Bowl LX. Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel's squad struggled on offense, as second-year quarterback Drake Maye threw two interceptions and had one fumble.

Additionally, rookie LT Will Campbell's struggles were on full display for the world to see. After a disastrous performance that included allowing 14 quarterback pressured, Campbell declined to speak to the media.

Since then, current and former offensive tackles have been in contact with Campbell. They've offered advice on what he can do to improve his game moving forward. Some have even offered to train Campbell this summer.

NFL players say Patriots' Will Campbell must fix his technique to be successful

After Campbell's horrendous performance in the Super Bowl, multiple players have come to his defense. That includes members of other teams besides the Patriots. For example, New York Giants LT Andrew Thomas shared advice with Will Campbell.

NFL insider Jordan Schultz spoke with Thomas and shared some of the advice he offered to Campbell.

"Give [Campbell] time to adjust to the game and improve his technique," Thomas said, per Schultz. "People labeled me a bust, but I just needed more time to develop. He is made of the right stuff. You can tell he loves the game. He was playing with a brutal injury. He will get better. Just have some patience."

On top of advice from Thomas, former OT Terron Armstead reached out to Campbell. Armstead was a third-round pick by the Saints in the 2013 NFL draft. He played 12 professional seasons and earned five Pro Bowl selections.

One of the knocks on Campbell coming out of the NFL Draft was his arm length. Many analysts have pointed to that as an issue during his rookie season. However, Armstead doesn't see it that way.

Speaking with the crew of "The Insiders" and Brian Baldinger, NFL reporter Cameron Wolfe said Armstead has offered to train Campbell this summer. Armstead believes Campbell's issues are with his technique.

Can the rookie improve his game and come back stronger in year two?
