Fantasy writer offers up hope for owners of Eagles' DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown

Despite the success of the Eagles from an overall team perspective, fantasy football players who drafted DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown may be a bit disappointed. ESPN's NFL analysts offered a glimmer of hope for owners of the Eagles' "dynamic duo" in the second half of the 2025 regular season. "WRs Brown and DeVonta Smith's fantasy production and rapport with Hurts are well-documented. Neither has been consistent this season, but Philadelphia has the third-easiest remaining schedule for fantasy wide receivers. Both are excellent trade targets for managers in need of a receiver." The Eagles are set to take on the Cowboys (2,446 passing yards allowed first), Commanders (2,417 passing yards allowed second), while also taking on the Bears and Packers, both of which have had underwhelming defensive secondaries.
